2. Tickets & Bookings

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds unless an event is cancelled by the organiser.
• E-tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold.
• TicketsAlive acts as an agent for event organisers.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your booking.
